Common Questions

Q: What time do I drop my car off?

A: We advise cars to be left with us by 8:30 am or 10 am latest. If this is not possible please ring the garage as we have a right to refuse any delayed vehicles. 

Q: Can I wait for my MOT?

A: If you have prebooked a waiting slot and have agreed on a time, it is possible, otherwise, the tester will work through the vehicles and you will be notified once it is ready. 

Q: Can I get a quote?

A: Please fill in the form above for any quotes or queries and a staff member will get back to you as soon as possible. 

Q: Do you have any vacant positions?

A: You can email us your CV with some details, and we will forward it to the right person. Alternatively, please find us on Indeed to check for any new positions. 

Q: What if I have no MOT?

A: An MOT is a legal requirement that ensures your vehicle is safe to drive and meets all current regulations to be used on the road. Driving without an MOT can result in a penalty of up to £1000.

Q: How early should I be booking?

A: Our availability varies throughout the year, so we recommend booking an appointment at least a few weeks in advance.

Q: Do you do clutches?

A: Yes, we can work on manual vehicles. Some jobs may roll over to the next day. Before accepting large-scale projects, we may need to gather additional details.

Q: Do you MOT bikes?

A: Yes. Please keep an eye out regarding three-wheeler vehicles and bikes with sidecars as our technician requires further training.
